Tutu 22 will be 2 much fun! The pre-party begins with check in at General Horseply, 423 Caroline Street. Join us as we parade through downtown and make a few fun stops along the way. Check in from 530-630 and enjoy a beverage, then let's hit the road for a tutu parade! Parade begins at 630pm!
